Velium Crystal Staff supposed to proc at lvl 1

I checked old forum posts and remember using the staff back on live and it definitely procced at lvl 1 please when you get a chance can you update that.

The only velium weapons i know that proc at level one are the Coldian Velium "weapon"

they look jus like the velium weapons mobs in velious drop , but they have different proc levels.

I believe the regular velium weaposn proc at 35.

This is the item that drops off The Brood Mother in velks labrynth and it definitely procced at lvl 1 you are thinking of the trash weapons that are the velious fine steel.

My mistake eqarmy i was thinking you where talking about a different weapon.

Coldain merchant do in fact sell weapon that proc 12 dd at level one. these are called Coldian Velilum scimitar, hammer, staff etc.

This weapon procs at level ONE. Yes, level one. Slizther had one on Fennin and I was watchin him duel and he was indeed proccing it at 15 or so. When you're only hittin for 19 without your dmg bonus at low lvls that 150 proc is amazing. Munkeys gettin this usually would have their epics and an SoS or at least a Tstaff by then, so if you see this on a monk it's gonna be on a twink most likely.
