Let's stop and analyze for a minute.

TMO: seem to be holding hands dancing around as the dragons INC, possibly unaware of what's going on in other zones. Taking pictures and videos maybe petition questing? Who knows

Empire: seem well prepared as the dragon is INC. Even have sweat rags, seem to be working pretty hard. Unloaded some amazing DPS when they disced. Everyone seems to be watching and astonished at the effort. Towards the end DPS slows down a bit as they take out a few adds. Took the dragon down. Really amazing stuff guys, great work

The difference between empire and tmo:
Empire: Say we'll do it, then we do it. Every velious mob predicted to kill at our current timeframe is already dead.
Tmo: We'll kill vindi with our current gear, then surpass empire in 2 months flat.. R.i.p Tmos vindi tank and rest of their raid, welcome back to empire fael!

give it time, im not on either guild, if id had to bet over time, TMO . im not sure but theres a right culture for making a guild function properly, efficently, normal people with jobs wanting the job done in the playtime they have, thats a culture top guilds develop and i think TMO has it from what ive seen, developing slowly but steady. time will tell whos on top fellas. my money is on TMO atm tho i dont know em well

good app process ---> good guild -----> no spies, no loot whores, no guild hoppers. did red ever had any guild with a good app process instead of recruiting almost anyone and saying hey drop by ts? id bet no but i guess u guys gonna tell me "hey, low pop, there are pixels that must be taken" ; )

back during live every good guild had a minimum of like 1 month trial and kinda extensive app process ( cant remember <xanadu> one but i remember it was a long trial ) Im not that hardcore player, tho i have some time wich i like to be effective and do well, ive been on an awesome guild called precept back from lotro->conan->wahammer. They were top3 eu on lotro ( some eu firsts ) top2 on the server during conan prime (wich didnt last lol) and serverr top guild on warhammer also (burlok server?) I know those are newbie games and easy etc bla bla, not everuqest i know. But what they did well was 'a fucking good app process', a tight core surrounded not by warmbodys but by good players, they all got jobs, they got an awesome leadership, they got the job done. That kind of work always beat numbers, be everquest, be any game.

Maybe every self-important guild had such a process, but not every good guild did.
