Hey trying to return to p99 but my characters seem to be missing. Trying to get them restored but I have a monk bard and druid all around 30 if anyone wants to team up

Welcome back, did you install the latest patch files? That can cause it to look like you have a blank account (although the message is on the screen to patch).

I had this same problem as well when I first started p99 using the old patch files - just extract the latest patch files (v39) into your Everquest folder and you should be good to go!

No such luck. I updated my files and still no characters. Maybe I did get hacked. Anyway I have a petition submitted. Hopefully I can get back in game soon

Thanks for the welcome and all the tips, I think my characters were deleted. How long does it typically take a GM to respond to a forum ticket? I created a new toon to do daily petitions in game and Ive waited hours with no response :( Maybe I should hit the donate button and put my petition in the gift message...
