Handed 2nd shawl and seal to wrong NPC

I handed the Seal from Grand Historian Thoridain and the 2nd shawl to Moridin Frostcleaver instead of Loremaster Borannin. Too many names sound the same.

Moridin didn't tell me he didn't need the items and ate them =(. Was hoping to get a reimbursement on Spaid (Blue).

I did the exact same thing 8 days ago, made a petition that day and still no response, best of luck ever hearing from them.

I have cleaned up the shawl and ring quests a little bit on the wiki so they are less confusing, instead of things saying hand into "him" I have tried to add the NPCs full name and link, and spots where it use to say hand in "item" it should now have the name of the item and link.
