Leashed Guards in ToV

[Detoxx]

All raid targets in NToV seem to have leashed guards except for Vulak'Aerr. Vulak was killed last night without having to kill her leashed guards, but I know all other targets guards must be dispatched of first (Koi'Doken, Mirinella, Feshlak, Kreizenn, Vyemm, Eashen, even Vindi).

I'm having trouble finding proof of this so can anyone help out?

That shouldn't be possible.
