Hey everyone - been trying to decide on a character to play, and after talking to some people I've decided. The problem is, I cannot move on because of a constant zone crashing error.
1. I create a new Ogre ShadowKnight and log them in.
2. I run to the guild master, turn in note, train a few things.
3. Run out to Feerrott and zone crashes before load finishes.
4. Delete toon, tried again, same problem.
5. Deleted toon, tried a new toon, different UI, same problem.
Came to forums.
Some other info:
My other characters work fine. I can zone in and out of Gfay, Felwithe, Rivervale, etc - but for some reason this one zone is broken. Any ideas?

I'm not any sort of tech expert and I have no idea what the error log means, but the first thing I'd try is reinstalling the game. Maybe from a different source.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got this resolved. I tried a lot of things and couldn't figure it out, so I finally did the following:
1. Put my EQ Titanium disks back in.
2. Selected "Repair" from the menu.
3. Let it do it's thing - it asked for all disks.
4. Re-applied the P1999 official patch.
5. Re-applied my customization for music, classic spells and icons, etc.
6. Re-loaded the app and zoning into Feerrott worked.
As a side note: Attempting to use WinEQ2k did nothing and still resulted in a crash, which leads me to believe that some how a zone file got corrupted.
