Rogean: Permarooted mobs can no longer be affected by pushback effects.
Rogean: Rooted and Permarooted mobs will now summon highest hate if they are out of range and it is available.
Rogean: Permarooted mobs will no longer follow rooted aggro logic. They will summon top hate if available, otherwise they will attack the top hate within melee range (instead of closest). Yes, this also means 'summon kiting' will never work here.
Rogean: Lord Yelinak is now permarooted.
Haynar: More pathing improvements.
Haynar: Objects such as Fire Pots, Braziers, and Statues in Temple of Veeshan, Sleeper, Kael, and Western Wastes will no longer block line of sight checks for PBAE and Aggro.
Nilbog: Doljonijiarnimorinar procs at level 1.
Nilbog: 'Reinforcements for The Tunarean Regime' quest should now work properly and stop the giants from prematurely rushing the camp.
Nilbog: Quinon Hulleaf once again spawns in qeynos2.
Nilbog: Scarbrow Ga`Hruk may drop Frozen Orb.
Nilbog: An invisible man in Crystal Caverns may no longer be engaged.
Nilbog: Several giants in Kael Drakkel no longer see invisible.
Alunova: Added some missing pathing areas to Kael.

BFG holders weren't reimbursed their huge drake wing or 100 ft rope. Why kill things for items if they're just going to be removed? Also, plane of mischief is down as of Saturday afternoon.

I think you broke root with the latest patch, none of my roots hold the full duration anymore. Now they break very fast. I tested this a lot.

My roots were holding fine. Maybe the specific spell you're using changed, or the mob you were rooting? Or you're just super unlucky?

Awww, I was hoping this was the patch to allow rangers to use their new spells, have their skill caps increased and actually be able to Exp lol. Bummer.

Was Guardian Trekolz removed from Skyshrine? If so, are the people who were able to mem wizard portals going to have their spells taken away?

No.

I respawned it on the pvp server and made it invulnerable. Should serve the same purpose until it spawns on its own (Jan2001).

Sounds like a personal problem (i.e. your PC). Maybe check the Tech forum for others who've dealt with similar issues?

Could be i guess, but i've grouped with others who claimed the same issues. I was told it was a server thing but i'll check later when i have more time to find out if its just my pc or not

Just an FYI. Win10 has the SAME privacy concerns for people that Win8 does.
