like my lvl 1 cant attack other level 1's in nfp.. is that a global level 1's cant pvp?

My level 5 couldn't pvp anyone in nfp either, but I assume that's cus everyone was level 1..

That's not true I know at least a dozen blue players who have stories of being bind camped by level 60s just after they made their character...they died over and over til they logged out. Are you calling them liars?
