Torklar Battlemaster not spawning in Unrest for the Brell Serilis Symbol Questline if he could be added i'd be grateful thanks. On Red Server btw please.

I understand that but we are in the velious epoch... and the mob was added before.
Dukebelow has a commitment to his service to Brell. Without this clicky I feel naked

The mob was mistakenly included in the spawn database before he was due. He does need to be reactivated for the July 2001 era, which is not here yet.

As of April 26 patch, it seems like we are in the June 2001 era, so we are really close I hope? I am sick of being encumbered carrying around 12 stacks of ale to distribute! haha

Torklar's respawn time is set for 2 hours, is that correct?

Wait so i looked online at the timeline and if im not mistaken we just had Runnyeye revamp yes? (The new Sporali are running around Runnyeye) That would mean we just had the Late May 2001 patch and the next patch is the June 2001 Patch. I do not see a July 2001. So when exactly is this coming out? I WANT MY ALE DAMMMIT

Where on the ground floor does he spawn? Is it the same place as on Live now?

I found him. He does spawn in the same spot as Live. He's in the last room on the right, when you go down the right hallway from the front door.
