Gloradin not affected by server reset

Gloradin is on a 24h timer.
Server reset was around 5AM EST but she kept her previous respawn time.
Shouldn't she have repoped on server reset, along with everything else?

Nah - no other npc timers I've seen were affected by server reset. For instance, Scout Charisa wasn't affected by the server reset.

That seems like a larger problem then: all NPCs should reset on a server reset.

All of these Quest NPCs should spawn on server reset and on sim repop.

Project 1999 has always maintained respawn timers through server maintenance unless manually triggered. This is intentional and will stay that way.

Thanks for the clarification.
This is a bit mean for Europeans on Gloradin. She pops late for US people, in the middle of the night for Euros. With a 24h respawn and no variance, it means she will never pop at a euro-friendly time, unless manually triggered.
