Spirit of Cheeta

Hello, just a small annoyance I wanted to make you aware of:

If I mem spirit of cheeta it will not become available to cast unless I zone.

Usually I will port in to a zone and mem the spell and after half a minute it will be available to cast. On P99 it stayes greyed out until zoning but it is always available imediately after zoning.

In classic the spell stayed down for its entire recast duration (15 minutes?) before becoming available.

When you mem the spell it should take the full 10 minutes to become available, regardless of whether or not you zone during that time. IMO the fact that this spell refreshes when you first memorize it and zone is a bug.

And what do you mean by:

Are you doing this currently on live or another emu server?

Yeah, Spirit of the Cheetah will pop on zoning for the first use. You can't rezone and get it to pop sooner again. Otherwise it will take the full ten minutes to pop - I have waited for it.

Yeah. This has always been true as I used to mem it before we zoned into fear, and i'd train the gates away for us before we got a competent bard, so its been this way for awhile.

Edit: After you use it that first time after the zone though, it resets and works correctly as jeremy said.

So the consensus is this initial availability upon zoning is a bug, and should be fixed? Or it was like this on Live?

It's definitely not the way it should work...
