Looking to start out with a friend!

Hey all,

I'm a pseudo returning player to the world. As a kid my favorite thing to do was sit on my dads lap while he and his guild (Divine Synergy, can't believe I still remember that) were slaying dragons and the like. I started a character of my own to with his guidance and he named it "Hardaek" and ever since then it has been my online name. I am now looking to return to this place of my childhood and experience the journey my dad had. I am a pretty hardcore player when it comes to MMO's and also think playing with people make the experience 100% better. So if anyone wants to accompany me as I set foot in EQ again it would make my day.

TBH, I really haven't decided I'm finishing up the install right now. Probably Gnome/Dwarf starting zone (I think they start together if I remember correctly)

Actually did a 360, decided to roll a half-elf bard. Which city is best to start in? I can choose b/t Freeport, Kelethin, and Qeynos

Do Freeport. That way you can go to the Tunnel to get buffs, maybe even some free gear. :cool:
