The server does not recognize the tradeskill container...

I have now encountered this error twice while working on shawl quests.

The first time I was using the oven near mordin to make ulthork stuff and I got an error saying The server does not recognize the tradeskill container you are attempting to use. My ui locked up at this point and i lost my ulthork meats upon logging in

The second time was at the thurg pottery wheel and I had the same error, but it booted me from the game. Upon logging in all the mats in the wheel did not reappear in my inventory.

Having issues with tradeskills as well. Most notably when others seems to want the same container I'm using. About 10 times now, ranging from being locked jp to quiting client. Is there a kill code that certain people can use to crash you, or is this an actual bug?

Resolving due to age, I recall work being done on global trade skill containers since the OP. Repost if issue persists.
