You won't get one either. You joined another guild which means you follow their leadership. You were booted for doing your own thing and leaving the rest of the guild high and dry which is the correct call from leadership. It's not "Your crew" in a guild. You're part of that guild or you're not. That simple.

my crew joined TMO with the hopes of something great, they instead focus'd on velious, got smashed, the part of officers that hoped to do velious and loot shit instead of gearing there rank and file members, i took my crew in the correct path and got kicked for it.

Whether you are right or wrong in this one decision you disobeyed what the guild was doing and lead players to take on your vision instead of what the leadership of TMO wanted to focus on. Not sure why you don't see why no guild would want that.
