Faction bug!

Random Orcs in the Oasis of Marr provide a faction hit against Dervish Cutthroats instead of "Orc". Please fix and if possible reset everyone's DervishCutthroat faction since it cannot be raised. (I know, I know, why would you want it).

Yep, still an issue. Not sure what more they want from me. There is no evidence to support that Orc Priests were ever on Dervish Cutthroat faction that I can find, at least not during the classic era. This is an odd anomaly to insist is classic.
