This was an issue that Nilbog posted had been addressed however I have yet to see several of these spots cycle to their named quest giver counterparts
Anyone seen Yetarr in Tormax's room or heard of any of those placeholders cycling ont he 6 hour timer Nilbog refers to in his quote?
