First off you will need 200pp before you do anything. Also here is the wiki post on how to do the quest. (http://wiki.project1999.com/Key_to_Cobalt_Scar) This quest if fairly simple, I am just providing a little visual aid for those who might be a little shy to complete this on their own. Second I have made a video (https://vid.me/eB1X) with 3 clips. I will reference the video with time stamps as I go along.

First things first you will want to make your way to Sky Shrine. You can see this post on how to get there. (http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=205309) (Sky Shrine is on the left wall of Wakening Lands). If you are a caster it will be helpful to bind outside of Sky Shrine and if you have a Druid or you are a Druid, picking up the WL Tooth/Port spell will also be helpful). In Sky Shrine you will want to invis up, root is also useful here as there is an NPC right next to the quest NPC. You can follow me in the video or look at this map to get to the drake.

Hail the Drake and say "i am worthy" he will give you a note. Now make your way back to Kael Drakkel. You can port over to Wakening Lands to make the trip shorter or I hear in zone evac will take you to Kael in WL. Once inside Kael Drakkel you will want to make your way to number 4 on the wiki map. (http://wiki.project1999.com/Kael_Drakkal) (@:54 seconds in the video)

Invis up and consider each and every giant and make sure none of them see invis

In the back room there is an NPC named Wenglawks Kkeak (http://wiki.project1999.com/Wenglawks_Kkeak). He will not attack or agro you. Give him the note you received from the drake as well as 200pp. When I did my turn in I did not hail him at all, just straight up gave him the note +200pp and got the reward. This is helpful because there is another NPC in the room with him that is a 55 Wizard, Noble Helssen (http://wiki.project1999.com/Noble_Helssen). Once you open trade your invis will drop and this NPC will attack you. Depending on your class or if you are doing this solo you might need to wait till someone trains this guy out or kills him. You can also do the method I did in the video (@4:05) and root him (keep in mind I am level 60) and then turn in the note and 200pp. I recommend you have gate up and gate the moment you do the turn in. Upon turn in he will give you a Message to Herald (http://wiki.project1999.com/Message_to_Herald)

Now just return to the drake in Sky Shrine and give him Message to Herald (http://wiki.project1999.com/Message_to_Herald) and you will be rewarded with your very own Shrine Key (http://wiki.project1999.com/Shrine_Key). You can follow the Sky Shrine map above to see how to get to Cobalt Scar or just skip to 5:36 in the video. Have the key on your cursor and click the fire pot. At the end of the video just head straight and you will get to the port in ring, the dragon tooth is behind the rock to the right walking in (you will need this to be ported here).

If anyone has anything to add I will be sure to note it in the original post. This guide isn't really meant for anyone in a raiding guild but more so for Druids/Wizards that would like to port others to this zone or anyone wanting to venture out past Cobalt Scar and exp.

Great guide! The video is especially helpful. I'll add this to The Missing Velious Guide (http://wiki.project1999.com/The_Missing_Velious_Guide) on the wiki.

Also, if you are in a group with someone who has the SS key, they can click the pot and port the whole group to CS, then pick up CS fang.
Your own SS key is optional.

If there's someone there with non-KoS faction, they can hail the nearby giant to turn him away from Wenglawks, allowing classes with Sneak to do the turn-in.

Thank you for this guide. It helped my 51 druid get his CS key.

The turn in in Kael was touch and go. With everything ready and a finger on the trigger I gated out with only 3% health remaining thanks to some channeling. The rest was easy peasy.

Not classic?

I thought I remembered just killing him and taking his key on live. He can't be attacked currently however.

If you're low level and can't survive turning in the note while this guy attacks you, Wenglawks will also occasionally path out of his room and away from other giants so you can turn in the note from a safer location. I believe this happens only once per in-game day, at ~3am game time.

Great guide, thanks. I waited around for a player that was friendly towards the giants, he hailed noble helssen away from wenglawks while I sneaked and turned in the scroll + plat and gated off. Worked great, thanks again.
