Faction Advice: Best way to raise Coldain and Giant factions at the same time?

So I'm looking to go the odd route of Giant + Coldain Dwarf faction at the same time. I like giants. They're cool. Everyone I know likes dwarves though.

I was thinking of following the faction guide on the wiki, which suggests to kill giants until ally with coldain, then kill coldain until dubious with giants and not KOS to coldain , then turn in Coldain heads, then faction juggle a bunch (this system didn't work for me on Live, as I hit KoS from Ally to Coldain long before I ever hit dubious with Kromrif).

However, at the moment I'm already dubious with Kromrif (assuming KoS to Kromzek and Tormax), and apprehensive with Coldain. I'm not too interested in the Coldain quests, other than maybe the ring (unless there is something nice they offer for warriors that I missed, it's been a long time), but it's nice to not be KoS to two factions at the moment.

Is there a better way in my position, to go about raising these factions other than what the wiki suggested? Maybe a quest or process that I may not be aware of?

Killing in skyshrine will raise frost giant faction but not storm giant faction.

The only reason you an ogre war would want coldain is for the ring. 10th ring is no joke, however ring8 is still rather useful for the insta clicky and not too hard to get. so it's up to you if you dont plan on doing ring10 then I would start slaying those dorfs

Are you going to do COV faction ??? Coldian faction is necessary for the Velium Retrieval quest out of skyshrine. It is one of the fastest way to get COV faction with about 5k cost when done with all the trips.

It's was a royal Pita, however it was possible to be able to be ally with CoV, Coldain and Kael simultanously, however it takes a while, but still doable

Not being mean, but the statement "a while" is an understatement.

You can raise all but the manner in which you do would take you MONTHS if not years of work to get max.

If I recall, questing is the only thing you can do to not lower one faction while raising the other.

Killing any giant or Coldain is not an option, with the exception of Velk.

I think you mean the other way around - Kromzek is from killing dragons and Kromrif is from killing dwarves.

Kromzek = storm giant
Kromrif = frost giant

Yeah, was gonna follow this guide, but was hoping there might be a better way to do it. For the record, I'm not interested in my CoV faction at the moment.

Allegedly, the Field Supplies worked in EW, but I'm doubtful about it. I probably won't get started on this until Kael becomes a little less crazy, and I'm a few levels higher.

only 35 so killin dorfs will be tricky....maybe wolves in GD?

Are you dubious to both Kromrif and Kromzek? Or just Kromrif? Just asking since I'm an ogre warrior Rallos Zek. Wondering if it might be similar. I haven't had a chance to check myself.

i forget....

just strolled aroudn everywhere but tormax throne room and vindi area. its possible to get beyond tormax room, but maybe another day.
