Frenzy
Decrease Mana from 19 (L19) to 40 (L60)
Increase Strength from 19 (L19) to 30 (L60)
Increase Armor Class (AC) from 7 (L19) to 11 (L40)
Increase Hit Points (HP) from 5 (L19) to 14 (L60)
Fury
Decrease Mana from 39 (L34) to 65 (L60)
Increase Strength from 27 (L34) to 40 (L60)
Increase Armor Class (AC) from 13 (L34) to 17 (L60)
Increase Hit Points (HP) from 10 (L34) to 17 (L60)
Rage
Decrease Mana from 103 (L49) to 125 (L60)
Increase Strength from 50 (L49) to 61 (L60)
Increase Armor Class (AC) from 18 (L49) to 20 (L60)
Increase Hit Points (HP) from 26 (L49) to 32 (L60)
Voice of the Berserker
Decrease Mana from 64 (L59) to 65 (L60)
Increase Strength from 74 (L59) to 75 (L60)
Increase Armor Class (AC) from 28 (L59) to 29 (L60)
Increase Hit Points (HP) from 34 (L59) to 35 (L60)
Although there's no mana reduction here for some reason. So its pretty much the most powerful spell in the game.

Where are you getting these stats and what do they mean (what is the "increase hit points" - a max HP buff? a heal? a regen per tick)? Are you sure they're accurate for classic, rather than some changed spell effects that only came in in Luclin or later?

It's regen, it's classic and intentional ( except for the mana debuff )
Rage is something like 28regen at 50, those stats are 60 if no one noticed, throw on a chloro and sit down your at 40 regen without rubi or troll which basically cancels canni. I see too many shaman sitting down on the job! :)
A few months ago the rejuvenation potions stacked as well, I would sit at 83 regen with rubi, but they had removed it.

The stats are from one of the devs. The spell in game does not match the stats given by them though.

Are they stats from P99, or from PEQ? A lot is different between P99 and the other servers. People have quoted the ridiculous ZEM values, like Crushbone having 2x the EXP, which is not at all the case in P99. I tried Frenzy when I got it on my shaman and I'm pretty sure it didn't give any HP regen or mana deregen.

I can't say for certain. The dev said they were the values from the Kunark launch spell data. I don't know if that means the P1999 kunark-era file or Sony's spell data file for Kunark.
As far as the spells themselves, they do give the regen referred to in the stats above. Rage is worth 26 per tick at level 50 for me.

51 strength, 51 dex 51agi 18 AC, +20 regen. The numbers increase as level of the caster increases.
Not certain whether it's the return on the agi that gives the AC bonus or whether it's independent or mixed. Never really bothered to check =P

So does this spell have a negative mana regen effect? Does anyone know when the HP Regen effect will be removed, what era it was removed on Live?

No negative effect, Yet, I don't know if it is ever removed to be honest.

it does have a refresh long timer on it where you can't cast another spell for about 45 seconds or so

I think the 49 rage has a 30 second refresh and it does apply to all spells which has only been a problem in Some fast paced exp groups. Though with a little explanation they're usually willing to wait.

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGG GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Frenzy confirmed for giving no HP regen at level 31. If anyone can find accurate descriptions of these spells, I'd appreciate it.

Only level 34 and 49 versions have a regen component - Fury and Rage. I think this has been discussed about once a month since I got here.
Now let's let this thing fall off server chat before they nerf it.

You mean Fury and Rage? Did Fury not have regen in classic?

They have no interest in nerfing it. A dev posted that it is.....wait for it......"working as intended".
