Just had some questions about our 3 ability enhancers and Hunded Hads.
First off, I've heard that thunderkick is still broken here, while others say it works. Any input? Also, a Monkly Business post from early 2002 (http://www.monkly-business.net/forums/showthread.php?t=8830) says that Silentfist has a chance to make Dragon Punch/Tail Rake stun the target, while Ashenhand alledgedly is supposed to do stupid damage, and under the right conditions, can wombo a target. Is this true here? If so, under what conditions can Ashenhand wombo a target?
Finally, that post also says that thew haste from Hundred Hands is not supposed to count toward the haste cap like it does here. I know many consider hh to be broken (for this reason?) Are there any plans to fix it?
I'm the guy who tries to find a purpose for everything, and it seems thses discs were intended to have SOME sort of purpose. Any co nstructive feedback would be great.

Are some of these post Vellious? Or is it just sad that they don't work like they did in classic?

they worked in classic, similar to how thefishyone describes them
but here they do basically nothing

You're putting way too much stock in sony/verant circa late 90s / early 00s
There was tons of shit that was straight up garbage/useless with no explanation

Inner flame and stone stance are basically the only 2 you should ever use

Whirlwind also is good.
Melee discs really sucked until they got revamped to have real durations. Have a 1-attack disc on a long recharge is dumb as shit. Something like Trueshot or Defensive was a much more well defined disc.
Melee should've gotten longer duration DPS discs and tanks should've gotten a defensive-light and deflection disc way earlier than they did.

Voiddance is without question the most useful disc monks have.

or would be, if stonestance didn't exist

The problem with stonestance is it makes voiddance not useable. If a situation isnt bad enough to need voiddance you're better off making sure voiddance is available when you need it.
Stonestance is great but it cant save any pull like voiddance can.

In kunark yes, voiddance was trump'd by stonestance. In velious, voiddance made a comeback because its nearly impossible to stonestance tov mobs. Voiddance is the raiding defensive and stonestance is for p much everything else.

You can use stone stance 5 times for every one time you use void dance....I guess in extreme high end raid scenarios void dance is good, but I don't think that's what OP was asking.

Voidance is the special trick shot you use to pull a raid mob or a highly contested long respawn mob in a short period of time. Coupled with a Bladestopper, you can do some great pulls in 10 seconds.
