Administration Appreciation

I dedicate this thread to administration appreciation. Sometimes we forget how great our p1999 administrators and developers are. They've put themselves on the line by making this server and do all of this for free, just so we all can enjoy a classic experience together. On top of that, they've made better classic servers than the current live progression servers.

Here's one thing I appreciate: no boxing allowed. Boxing dominated endgame EQ at various points, and is a huge drawback to the current progression servers (Ragefire in particular). P1999 doesn't have that problem because the administration have made it very difficult to box. This is one of those things that, even though shit ain't technically classic, is very good for the server. And it's made these servers, both blue and red, better than any progression server.

What do you appreciate the administrators for? What do you think are their best choices?

On live they put literally 0 into pvp servers. Every new race on the team server defaulted to human team, and was never changed. Devs actually do work on Red.
