Crushbone Belt turn in causing DC

The past 2 days, the first time I've turned in crushbone belts it has D/C'd me (turning in 4 at a time). It just instantly goes to sign on screen and I have to sit a sec for my character to log out. This happens on Red. I've never DC'd (even through 6 hour grind sessions) before so I have to believe it's something to do with that quest. When I log back in subsequent turn ins haven't caused me to DC

Search function is your friend. Its been reported before. If you try to auto equip one of the reward pieces and you dont have room in bag or on person it dc's you. Think thats what the bug was.
