how do i check my logs?

when I open the eq file, I have logs but there not my character logs...

Logs are in subdirectory, I think it's called Logfiles\. There is a log for each char you play, as long as logging is enabled.

In your P99 folder, there will be a folder named Logs. In that folder, you will (perhaps) see a dbg.txt file (debug; shows info pertinent to whatever problems the program runs into) and a bunch of eqlog_[CharacterName]_project1999.txt files (only if you've turned chat logging on). Red server might be named slightly different.

If your P99 folder is in your Program Files folder, then your logs might be located in the alt location [User]/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files... somethingsomething.
