help applying patch

I keep getting update required when logging into project 1999 server... I unzipped everything into correct directory.

just today im getting the same thing , after a new type of antivirus configuration has come out prepping for windows 10 on my pc . had to reinstall titanium and then reflag the dll applications and then reinstall v36 and still giving me the same thing you are getting . I can literally log all the way to character screen and it tells me my spell files are out of date OR I just get spammed unknown error at server screen . please post if you found a fix .
