I noticed the 3 bard chants don't have the pvp debuff bonus applied.
L46 Tuyen's Chant of Frost
L38 Tuyen's Chant of Flame
L30 Fufil's Curtailing Chant
Each decrease a resist by 17 points when cast on myself as a level 60 bard. -17 resist is the expected non-pvp value based on lucy data.
When cast on players, resist debuffs are expected have a 50% bonus per Haynar's March 23rd patch, so it should be -25.5 resist (not sure how it would be rounded).
Code
Haynar: (PVP) Set spell debuff bonus to 50%.
Note that there are 2 other songs that have resist debuffs, but I couldn't test them. They may also need testing.
L53 Song of Twilight. This mez has a lvl 56 cap, so I couldn't land it on myself since I'm level 60 (even while having -15 magic resist).
L59 Denon's Bereavement. This is an aoe, so couldn't target myself.
