Level 20 sounds like lake of ill omen.

Once you get to level 24 you should really hit up iksar outcast guys in Warsliks woods. Location number 11 on the map: http://wiki.project1999.com/Warsliks_Woods . The exp here is among the best for this level through 28. The spawns are easy to split. There are two groups of three and fast respawns.

At level 29, go to the iksar outcast camp in Swamp of no hope, in the caves/tunnel before the zone to TT. Map location 4: http://wiki.project1999.com/Swamp_of_No_Hope .

These really are great spots with little competition. And both are pretty close to zone lines should shit hit the fan. Charm kill all the way.

FYI the shaman guild has added hate toward enc/mag/bard/wiz, so even in illusion form you will probably be kos to them

This is a great post for information on solo spots for the Enchanter and got me from lvl 28-51 very easily. I even surpassed some of my friends when they were still playing.

I level every character I roll this way. Hit bb late night, pull the entire zone. Ae and then log over and loot all the teeth up. Can get to 15 or so in 2-3 hours(running around takes most the time). After that you can farm goblin ears in highkeep to 25.

Yeah I heard that, well... TBH I read it in a fan fiction and assumed it was based on real events =D

Thats where I am at the moment (EK was pretty empty but Oasis there are lots to help when a pet gets away on you

You can start these at 24, I did 24-31 on my necro, wiki (http://wiki.project1999.com/Iksar_exile) is wrong these mobs are all Lv23.

Hit 33 on my shaman here as well, iirc they turn light blue at 32 but still gave ok exp till 33 at which point it was 5 or 6 kills for 1%.

At level 20 I found the eastern wall of OT near the mud pit to be the best solo charm exp. I was getting a level every 2-3 hours here from 20 up until 24 when the tigresses and other lower cons start to green out.

24 was a bit rough for me until I found the next spot.

From here the next best spot is the iksar pariah camp in WW (no. 11 on map) which will take you from 24 to 26/27 or so before the manslayers start to go green and the exp falls off. Very fast respawn (2 sets of three mobs so will need to learn to split them up) and the loot is decent too (swords sell for 2-3pp each with good CHA + some gems).

Were you the chanter i cracked with Bethe who was pet fighting stuff? We gotta get you charming punkin. I could hook you up with a similar level druid and you guys can rock the crap out of EK charming everything in sight.

I feel like I'm missing something about this camp, or just don't know how to pull it properly. Seems like an extremely dangerous cluster of social mobs to me.

As an enchanter you shouldn't have much problems pulling/splitting the camp with Lull/calm/soothe. Some classes will have bigger problems which is why it is often not camped :D

Very good information. Thanks! I have always wanted to try an enchanter and learn to cc and charm-kill my way through camps of mobs. Maybe this is the time to try to learn that.

Heh, guess I just don't know how to pull out of groups (I'm an enchanter). First time I ever tried to lull was in lguk and I got a critical resist and wiped the group, haven't really messed with pulling since then =P

stack cha as high as you can, use calm (20) for max duration, use sow pot first, and pray... :)

my advice at that level, is well.. some people are gona be like U SRRS MAN COMON!!

but I think MM pond would be best for soloing at 20.

The reason is, at that level unless you are charming for charming sake, you really dont get much out of it in your 20's, its unreliable and a general pain to really manage.. in general... some people do it very well... but in general the average person, its just not efficient as grouping in your 20s

So that brings me to MM pond.. the reason that spot is so special is when you get there, if there are none around to group with you can kill stuff and practice your charming.. if people show up, you can let them join and start duo+ to a full group.

What really makes the pond so great for practicing calming/charming etc is the makeup of the area.. You can evacuate and zone out of MM really easy if something goes wrong, and its a great mix of outdoor wide open space while still having populated groups of mobs in close proximity to each other since its technically a dungeon, so that makes it really efficient.

I dont know, worst case scenario is that there's a 6 man pond group with 6 people in line to join up I guess..

If so then revert to all the other great advice.

Great when you can get it, so is sol a, issue is waiting for groups is boring and I'd prefer to be self reliant. If I can work out effective solo in 20s then I shouldnt die so much in my 50s

I've been completely unable to do the iksar outcast camp in Swamp or the giant fort in WW at level 27 (now 28).

Even with tash down, charm has been resisted 100% of the time. Followed by 100% resists on mez, and root resists about 80% of the time.

Is something up with those particular mobs (I'm on red, is something different there?)?

I've never seen blue mobs resist so much.

I've since moved to LOIO and have had normal resist rates there.

Go to unrest and do fireplace group til 30( barkeep is rogue who is downright a beast). Once 30-31 find some who can snare and do fv cliffs with pirate pet.
I did 32-40 on red in like 4 hours with an sk none stop pulling. He darked, i feared and pet finished. None stop exp.

Can attest to this. FV cliff with a rogue pirate pet is second to none...

By the lower guk zone (undead side) is good at 20ish - just one asshole shaman mob that'll path through (I think its pathing is bugged) but other than that it's a nice easy spot to pull to, with a zoneline a few steps away.
