Maybe look at allowing it for raid mobs only. Who is going to enforce this rule 24/7?

/answered are they foreal? Can we have the holiness of the 3 guilds contesting raid mobs at the same time? Will Empire or GG just merge into them?

Sirken and Roegean like the experiment of trying it differently on 2 different servers. Good points from both sides but should be done the same way on both servers. No math project needed.
Why can't we code Cleric that either there stuns or DD's actually hit something?
