Cant log in getting DB error wrong password

Whats up guys so just reinstalled eq into new computer did all the steps launched from the titanium app file and when i get into the log in area i enter my user name and password for the forum account and its saying DB error wrong password??? anyway I can fix this? I just had to reset my password so dont know if it takes time to update because I can log into the forums.

If you have number in your password don't use num pad. Use keys on top of the keyboard
