For those who don't keep up much with patch notes/bugs, I just wanted to reiterate a pretty big change, especially for shamans and druids. All DoTs just gained an extra tick.
Bane of Nife used to do 7 ticks of 214. Now it does 8, so does 1862 damage instead of the previous 1648.
Shaman Epic dot now has a final tick of 179, rather than 167. This means it does 1425 damage, rather than the previous 1246.
Pox gets a small boost, from 1990 to 2090.
Obviously, this is a big boost for short-acting, large tick DoTs (like poison dots) and growing Splurt-type ones.
There is still one aspect of DoTs we are waiting to be fixed, and that is the optional bonus tick. I will explain more in detail if that is ever added, but til then, this is a significant thing and I wanted to make sure fellow shambros knew, especially my tailed brethren.
