No characters on new install

I just installed the game onto my second laptop and when i log in there are no characters on my account. I have tried logging in a few times with no change. Still no characters.

Are they stored on the computer itself?

no, make sure you're logging into the correct server.

Made sure it was the correct server and still had the issue. Ended up deleting and reinstalling.

Works now. :)
