Yes, I had 200 plat I looted from murdering Mrburns 1 vs 1. But I retained my fortune due to not dying in KC today. This is a screenshot of a corpse. I did not die in pvp combat today.

Delevel your toons Elemtal, you have more luck in the mid to high 40's pvp scene.

now now tamtamtam, you know this is purely a lie. Mrburns was eating a PVE death to hit the bank and i was healing him while u nuked him, then u ran off and out of the ~5 dogs hitting him sitting, you had a dot that just happened to get tick. hardly call it 1v1 when PVE dmg was 99% of it, also was more then 1 on each side.
