After quite a few years hiatus, me and Nuklaim were talked about getting into EQ again but we knew we'd be lost in the "new EQ." So he suggested looking into Project1999. It's been talked about for years how much we missed the class "old days" back in Everquest. We both came from the Tribunal "live" you may have known us, I was Jezzabelle (de mage) and seems everyone knew Nuklaim ( big old ogre shadowknight).
So after a few days playing, we have both agreed...WE LOVE IT. This game is exactly what we missed in other games. Everyone has been so great with random buffs thrown at us. We started out with a wiz and druid in Greater Fay Friday night to get the feel of the game again. It was awesome seeing 40+ in the zone! That night we also had a very cool druid camping his epic who would throw buffs on us every so often without us even asking. It made our night (thank you to the druid from that night, we forgot your name but it started with an F (we were on toons named Elandor and Nuksbane)
We are enjoying the game immensely starting from scratch and it's been a blast. We currently have level 7's (mage and SK) leveling up and kicking butt. If you want to join up when we duo, I'm Jezzabellaa and he's obviously Nuklaim. We would love to have the company! :)
