my grandma died recently and left a few things (no condolences needed she was really old and tbh pretty mean :/ )
anyways i got a couple things, nothing really worth mentioning but this one really weird THING and i neeeeeeeeed help with it
it's a little boxdc or cube? that is made of littler boxes? um 9? one each side

help me out here bc i don't really kno what this thing is but i think maybe it has something inside it? but i can't figure out how to open it but i notice the parts of it MOVE AROUND (the little blocks of color can be changed around between each other)
does anybody know anything aobu tthis? it's probably eitgher (a) pretty old or (2) foreign cuz my grandma did some treaveling and was really interested in that stuff (also a little reacitst tbh :/)_
