User Interface issues

Every time i exit the game, and come back later my UI is back to default.. gets rid of my chat box i created for melee damage / spells and everything. Anyone know how I can keep it from doing this?

Also, it ONLY does this on my paladin.. my druid's UI is just how i left it

but neither characters friendslist save either, they're always blank when i log back on

Do you have write access to the folder you have? Also, you cannot /ex or /q, that will not save your settings to a file. This is a defect with our client.

Make sure your disk isn't full.
