Any know what the lowest lvl mob is that will give me skill-ups(defensive) at lvl 54?

Using this site here (http://web.archive.org/web/20020612225100/http://eq.stratics.com/crmaps/eqexp.html) it's -14 levels for 54 for exp stuff. What I think that site means by "exp" is dark blue, so you'll see exp greens at the high 30s. Look for something lv 39ish.

Go through Highkeep til you find an old skool light blue guard, bound to be one just inside that range.
