Maybe it was Eunomia, but today I petitioned to delete my surname and literally a minute later it was gone. GJ if it was you. Usually they are pretty fast but damn.

It's all relative. I didn't have lets say a 'balanced' experience with him/her but I certainly appreciate the effort s/he puts in.

One time, I saw Eunomia help an orc grandmother cross the road. This was even after the grandma yelled at her for something about ruining her own lands. Eunomia for President of Norrath 2016!

One time, I was cybering a cute wood elf chick in GFay for plats and I unfortunately had to log due to storms in the area. Eunomia stepped in like a champ and took over for me right where I left off. Thank you, Eunomia... exemplary customer service indeed!
