Exotic drinks bug?

I ran the exotic drinks quest and did the turn in to Clurg today but no stein. I handed him the compendium but he did not give me a stien of moggok in return.:(

I ran this over the weekend and made sure to cast allegiance on him just in case to make him warmly/amiable, did you check the faction?

(not at all sure if its faction based turn in, but a lot of things are. I was HE in DE illusion and cast allegiance

no i did not cast allegiance, i know i was indifferent... i checked my /con before the turn in, he spoke to me about the quest, he just didn't give me the reward. I don't know if he will give you the quest if your faction is too low to complete it or not.
