Do any merchants deal with evil races on Faydwer?

Troll shaman here. I want to try out Unrest and Mistmoore, but I'm afraid of the vending situation. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think a mechant at druid ring in Steamfont will. It will sell to my Agnostic DE mage. I am not sure for troll shammy. I know that troll shammy can buy and sell from the dorf on the central island of Dagnors Cauldron. Asides from those two I do not know any others.
