Hey. I just started earlier today. Thanks for having such a great server! I played on EQ what seems like forever ago. Had a level 30ish paladin and a level 30ish Shadowknight.

Also, Thank you to whoever gave Navasha that equipment earlier this afternoon outside the Neriak entrance. Making my early levels easier. :D

Good stuff, welcome back. It is now pretty close to the original game, so you will fit right in after the old memories come back. :D

Definitely follow the advice and review the wiki page. There are a lot of guides and tutorials.

Player beware, this IS LIKE 1999. The exp is real EQ exp, not WoW, or FFXIII, or anything else you might have played. Expect to play a lot. =)

Welcome back. I too, joined at the weekend after a 13 year absence, which has failed to extinguish my irrational love for this game.

EQ the 2nd time round isn't a rose-tinted nostalgia trip - it's fun, fun, FUN! With a capital F!

I too, am in Nektulos, although when I next logon, am planning to relocate to Innothule Swamp. I'll be sure to /raise if I see Navasha on my lowbie travels.
