I've got a question about Velious guys. To get through Skyshrine to Cobalt Scar/Siren's/WW. You need to either kill this NPC to loot the key or do a quest (requiring dragon faction i believe).

My question is, what is the respawn time on this Ziglark fellow? Can we expect him to be perma camped 24/7 thus locking the majority of us out of high end Velious unless we grind up faction ?

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

As of the last time beta was up it was invulnerable. I don't think we have an official answer regarding her yet.

No official answer. I would hope staff leaves it invulnerable at least for the initial push. After a week or so, make it classic.

All you need is an Ench or Bard to charm him and you can do the quest - it doesn't need more than indifferent faction.

Easy to get a charm off before neckbeards can kill it.

The problem is that he is invulnerable. Meaning no damage or spells affect him. I tried charming him in the invulnerable state, got a spell cannot take hold message.

It's going to require faction if they leave him like this.

However if they remove the invulernable yea just stick a charm before he dies go through quest text and leave. That would be best case scenario here.

Well if they do leave it invuln. , I believe the quest only requires dubious faction. So at least there's that.

Not classic, I'm sure they will undo the invulnerability.
