getting stuck at logging into the servers please wait when I try to log into the servers fresh install of Eq titanium edition never ran the updater only the launcher from the project 1999 files I tried looking around the forums first but didn't see anyone with my exact problem

you can delete this post I just reput all the project 99 files back into it and overwrited the old ones and it's working now!!!

Careful with the word "launcher"... did you download a launcher for the EQemulator servers? P99 used to support one but it doesn't anymore.

Are you getting past the login screen and logging in successfully? Are you seeing a blank server select screen?

It could be your firewall blocking a port perhaps? If you're seeing a blank server select screen (none listed) then try logging out/in a few times - that happens a lot to people on a wireless connection.

The more you can tell us, the more chance we have of being able to identify the problem.

Could not find a copy of EQ Titanium.
Tried using my zip of EQ trilogy (w/o the Kunark and Velous checked) applying the P99Files36 replacements, caused "Logging in to the server. Please wait..." popup

Tried using the steam ftp Everquest download
after applying the P99Files36 and verifying the eqhost (net:5998)
Using Launch Titanium
brought a popup
C:\Windows\system32> start eqgame patchme
caused another popup
X Windows cannot find 'eqgame'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again.

eqgame (application 8,569KB) was in the eq folder, reviewed eqgame properties/compatibility and checked Privilege Level "Run this program as the Administrator" OK
Tried Launch Titanium again
EULA accept
SOE splash screen
LOGIN screen
STATION USERNAME, STATION PASSWORD (entered the values established at Project 1999 site for game login ID)
and am again stuck at popup
"Logging in to the server. Please wait..."

As op indicated tried replacing the P99Files36 contents again (all files/folders it replaced were the same size)
Tried again Launch Titanium it gets to same place "Logging in to the server. Please wait..." popup

windows 7 home premium task manager indicates Everquest is running
networking little/no dsl activity
performance little activity (0-1%) on four cores.

Checked yours and the SOE forums, there the mods chastize / prohibit users mentioning EQ Titanium esp how to obtain a valid copy; even here at 1999 you guys go out of your way to prevent us getting a copy needed to access your server.

Searching the web, other than torrent, there does not seem to be a way to download a copy, some sites offer Everquest Titanium but it is not actually the game, rather other software using the EQ name.

PS those of us that have actually purchased the EQ software "SHOULD" be allowed to reaccquire a copy of the game, but all soe does is use a patcher that loads the 19/21 expansions game (that 1999 claims will not work) instead of the 2006 Titanium 10 expansion version.
