My reasons for leaving are my own, ive decided to hop in fresh after reading gardur's post about playing the long ball. A guild Is meant to be something special, having 100 people who hate eachother isn't what I was looking for.

The rivalries and shit talking amongst empire people is horrible, but I am also sad to say around 20 people I met are super people, and I will miss them. Getting all the boss spawns is going to attract the worst kind of warm body and I will say the core of holo was pretty good at raiding, and gong is selfless. But he only cares for the core.

Also you must understand holo was never in a position to get boss mobs , now that they are the aim chat crew only cares about outfitting themselves, if you want something it better be a rot or you can wait in line that might be months, with no dkp and no fair loot system I cant see how this would be appealing long term for most people let alone me.

I play because I love eq and to play only for 15 year old gear seems foolish to me, you can literally log on some of the other servers and solo all these bosses, if you aren't having fun and making pals whats the point?

I think it is going to be hard for you to convince the server to take a weekend off so you and 12-16 of your closest internet bros can down some content with minimum players for some feeling of accomplishment. There are servers no one plays on where you can down content with 3-4 people and if you are playing this game to give you something to be proud of maybe that will work out better for you.
