Druid solo spot around 27-29?

No Everfrost mammoths. I'm looking for a spot that isn't camped much for soloing until I get to 29. It's hard to level up with mammoths when you're contending with levelers + higher people that farm them for tusks (which seems odd, is it really that good pp/hour?). I usually play during off-peak hours.

Is there something similar to the crag spider camp? I leveled there from 23-27 and only quit once they turned green. It was steady exp, was safe if you pulled to the ramp to High Hold Pass, and basically empty during the early morning hours. Something like that for this level range would be awesome.

Permafrost, the area near the archaeologist. Almost never camped off peak hours. The
archi pack is a nice drop too! If a lv27 warrior can solo there quite well, a druid could do it amazingly well. :)

Lake of ill omen, near the Windmill. There are 4 Grimalkins that are on a 6 minute timer, went from 24-30 there.

Hell yeah i normally farm perma frost solo as a ranger at them lvls lots of room to kite plenty of single mobs to kill as well good plat off the mammoth tusks.

Kill one of the Lvl 25/26 guards in EC. They are evil guards anyway. Just watch out for Slate that paths between the 2 inns

South Karana has MANY spots for you. You can get up to 35 or so pretty easily here.

Gnolls outside splitpaw, gnolls inside splitpaw, aviaks, centaurs, and treants.

Warslik woods brute tunnels that lead to dalnir.

Lake of Ill Omen sabretooths for charm kiting - Highly recommend this one, you can watch for courier and get yourself a gaz ring.

This is great exp and it is only semi-camped.

what level do Oggok guards get good? sometime in the 30s?

Bouncers can be up to lvl 37. I started killing them on my ench at 42.

Great suggestions EXCEPT ... do not kill treants as a druid; the XP/plat is not worth the faction damage.

Wow, thanks for the responses all. I'll have to check some of these out after finals. Charm kiting spots are ideal, but I'm fine with the slower root/rot since I can finish other stuff while AFK medding.

Your computer must be VERY different than mine. Link talks about Druids and leveling in a lot of zones all the way to level 60. :confused:

Right? But he's asking for places from 27-29 that aren't mammoths? That link only recommends mammoths for that level range.
