I believe it does, however I still feel like getting non duelist back stabbed for 400 from a lower level rogue with 850ac feels off. I could be wrong I'm only 49 on the paladin atm

try having over 1,000 AC on a warrior or monk and still getting double backstabbed for 800dmg with no disc.

I mean the backstab damage is the proof that ac isn't working correctly. I really hope it gets fixed in velious.
