It states that a person is allowed one character per blue server, one character per red server, and one per other EQEmulator server.
Does that mean I can have a separate account for red and a separate account for blue? Can they be logged in simultaneously? If so, would I need an IP exemption to prevent myself from getting the temporary ban when logging in from the same IP?
I only care to tunnelquest on one while doing the camp grind on the other if I'll be playing for long periods of time.
Edit: This may belong in general server chat. Not sure.

You can play both red and blue at the same time with no exemption, no matter whether your respective characters are on one account or two.
What you do on other servers while playing on red/blue is irrelevant.

How many people do this? I am thinking about doing this. Could be a good way to pass the time between MOBs.

Plenty of people tunnel quest on blue while playing on red.

It's a legit strategy... just don't be in a habit of going afk on red, bad things can happen when you're not looking :p

you can farm plat at 3:1 value on red while auctioning stuff in blue EC tunnel
hill giants are goog for this, sea furies are contested
Consider making a dark race for farming HGs so you can use oggok np
