Windows 10 and P99/EQEmu

Has anyone tested to see if their is any issues with windows 10 and p99?

I've been playing in Windows 10 for a long time. At some point you couldn't use Nvidia cards if you had a laptop with integrated graphics in addition to an Nvidia card, but now that issue is resolved and I haven't seen any issues.
