Apply for IP Exemptions in the Petitions forum, following the directions here:

If you guys aren't too fussy while you're waiting for the exemption to come through (can take days or over a week if the person doing them is busy/elsewhere), there's other servers on the server select that are playable.

Arguably the best of those is PEQ in the gold section.
