Price on goods with velious

I seem to remember gems being a lot easier to come by in velious. Was curious if that will cause JC gear to become significantly cheaper? I'm assuming most pvp related gear price will hold value... thoughts?

We'd usually haul in 20-40 diamonds minimum per growth trip, so ya probably. They also drop in frequented Velious zones.

Ya I don't see plat diamond rings being able to continue to sell for 4k each.

Velium jc gear will be available too.

Its pretty funny considering how many diamonds have been farmed, but they just get blackholed and banned and end up on players who have long since quit, almost like manastones but in more quantity. I probably had 30 some diamonds at one point from farming bugs, and I never did it as much/hard/long as others especially those who had been on server from day 1 of release.

Some of the same people have been farming the same content repeatedly for the last 2 years, I am sure a couple of people could post screenshots of their own personal gem collection from seb farms with like 50+ diamonds or more. Just think pre invis pull nerf fungi king u could sit and farm him all day long with 2 people ezpz people stacked up 100 fungis. Gems prices are going to hit rock bottom when velious comes out, mainly due to all the players coming back to play that have stocked up from previous times, and then as people go into velious content. I know people still have their blue diamond stuff banked waiting, and even more BD's saved to craft more and new things.

Gem drops are wrong across the board still. Hate has never been fixed and Growth has a similar drop rate to Hate currently on beta. So I guess it depends if they ever fix it or not, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I personally have like 40 BD's and about 20 diamonds waiting on velious to come out... although if i remember right velium gear is hard to make even at max skill ( if i remember right).... ie alot of fails thusly keeping the price about the same.

I believe JC skill cap remains at 250, which means platinum diamond and blue diamond is not even trivial, much less velium. I believe velium+high end gems are trivial in the low 300s.
