Coin of Tash

I'm having some trouble getting the Coin of Tash quest container from Romar Sunto in the Temple of Solusek Ro. He goes through the quest dialogue with me, but hands back 5pp when I give him the 50gp he wants.

I tried Alliance and then charming him, but neither worked.

Alright, I was a little confused here. You merely have to say coin pouch to Romar Sunto to get the container. The 50gp transaction is for the Tome of Tash, a book which contains information about the location of each of the ten coins. The Tome portion is broken, but the container part works.
