Sure you can hide ooc but then you give up all auctions, LFG and other events on a server where everyone uses anon.

I set the ooc window to be completely transparent, the purple auctions really pop! and the green fades into nothing, i can barely see it.. i dont even notice it exists, except for on occasional glance.

also on auctions, buying and selling things on red is something you do far less than on blue.

One thing you have to give red is, people have com planed about greed before need on blue.. I personally am 100% a greed before need person on blue. Buying and selling and plat are a HUGE part of blue. So loot benefits anyone, anytime.

however on red? its 100% need before greed with you and your pals, 100%... even on items worth 100k+.

It warms my heart. I get it.. and after that, i still am 100% sure blue should remain greed first.
